  • Physical practices that protect you for the rest of your life

The biggest opportunity for people to live well into their 50s and 60s is to try to spearhead stuff in their 20s and 30s. It’s important to spearhead this stuff before you get a catastrophic industry and you do this by cutting out the need for short-term ego boosts and focusing more on long-term goals and longevity. If you want to be physically autonomous, it’s all about injury prevention and choosing a workout plan that doesn’t threaten this.
