At the start of the episode, we discussed the state of the country now that Donald Trump is president. We talked about how this will change the healthcare system, and how it can possibly shift things politically. “Everything is off the table, the layer has been peeled back.”


The healthcare system is having a light shone on it and this can help make necessary changes. We went on to talk about the attack on masculinity and the factors that have led to it, including what’s in the water supply. Towards the end of the show we discussed personalized health care.

  • Maintaining the strength of the family unit and gender differentiation
  • The tax system and how the entrepreneurial system has remains untouched by it

The chaos we’re witnessing can be attributed to the complete disruption of the nuclear family and the polarization of masculine and the feminine. With many things, the layer is being peeled back and truth of corruption and issues is being revealed. Fear and the media is dictating how people feel more than reality. The only way out, is taking control of the family unit, and taking more control of the personalized care of our own health.

What is the importance of mentors for young men? What stress does body building subject your physiology to? On this episode, I talk to my mentor and friend Jim Brown, and we answer these questions and also discuss nootropics and proprietary blends and the best way to build an excellent physique.

  1. Mentors are important for teenage boys. They are able to teach them about identity and becoming a man.
  2. Until you’ve mastered one thing, you can’t do anything else and expect to be successful. The mastery will give you the freedom to do the other things because you have the income.
  3. A great physique really isn’t made in the gym. You have to stimulate the whole cascade of muscle repair and the rest of the day determines your health. The eating part of it is really the trick.

At the start of the episode, Jim gave us a background of his life and how he got started with bodybuilding. He also talked about the importance of having a mentor and having a singular mission. We went on to talk about water manipulation, and the physiological stress that comes with body building. Towards the end of the show we talked about finding and sticking to the right program when there is just so much information out there. We also discussed nootropics and nutrition.

The real trick to an excellent physique is the eating part of the equation. Whatever program you sign onto has to have the foundation of a mentor who has repeatable methods that you can stick to. With so many divergent philosophies from different gurus and the internet, ensure your success by exclusively following one singular mission; and working with someone who lives by the lifestyle you’re trying to follow.

What are the challenges veterans are met with when it comes to dealing with TBIs? How is the current healthcare system getting it wrong, and what changes can we expect under a new administration? On this episode, Andrew Marr talks about this and the Warrior Angel Foundation.

  1. TBIs are a two-phase injury firstly, the initial blunt force trauma or explosive blast, and secondly post traumatic neuro-inflammation.
  2. You have to be in a neuro-permissive environment for the brain and body to regenerate.  If you’re not in that environment, you’re in an environment of restriction and that’s the mother of all the problems we’re seeing.
  3. We can strengthen national security by keeping high performing individuals where they need to be.

At the start of the show, we talked about Andrew’s background and his personal experience with a TBI. He also gave us some insight into TBIs and the necessity of putting people in neuro-permissive environments. We went onto discuss the current state of the system that’s meant to help veterans and the solutions the Warrior Angel Foundation provides. Towards the end of the show, we discussed changes under the new administration.

People need to be able to be optimized. There needs to be a system in place with protocols, that can help people get better, stronger and more physically optimal. This rings especially true for the military medical model. Systems need to be put in place to promote neuro-plasticity, and help them heal and experience full lives.

At the start of the show, we talked about religion and how it can be a form of mind control that can keep people from finding the truth. We also discussed how Rex toes the line of being agnostic and how people are becoming more aware. We went on to discuss the current political climate as well as ego death and astral projection.

Imagine being stuck inside a wall in perpetuity and only being able to move if it lets you. The only way to get outside of that is to completely eliminate the ego. As society progresses, there are going to be more people experiencing their awakening out of their docile state. Ultimately, the key to unlocking your awakening is learning to take everything with a grain of salt and realizing that the truth is in the middle, not the far left and far right.
