Healthcare in America is too expensive, and the system as a whole is broken and fractured. Where does the root of the problem lie, and do we have any other alternatives at our disposal?

The only way to survive the sick-care system is by taking our health into our own hands. We can’t hope for health insurance companies or politicians to save us, we have to be proactive about our wellbeing. So, where do we begin?

How can we start taking more responsibility for our health while we still have it, so we don’t end up preyed upon by the systems that be?

In this episode, President and Co-Founder of Distilled Concepts, Derek Winn shares how to navigate the choppy waters that are the American healthcare system.

Three Takeaways

  • Why American healthcare is so expensive:

We’ve had a bigger impact on the cost of healthcare than we may realize. By choosing high-cost, low-quality facilities like hospitals for routine procedures over their freestanding counterparts, we’re rewarding them for charging more. If we want that to change, we have to take control over our choices.

  • The importance of being proactive about our wellbeing:

Most people don’t even begin to think about their health until they’re forced to by disease or ailments. Prevention is always better than a cure, so embrace a cleaner, more health-conscious lifestyle before it becomes a necessity.

  • How to become our own Doctors:

Avoid running to the doctor for a sniffle diagnosis by doing some research. We should all become students of our health and have a better understanding of what’s going on in our own bodies.

The onset of COVID-19 put the unawakened into a collective dark night of the soul, and nearly a year later, many are still reeling from the trauma. However, that same trauma could become a source of light to those who look.

With pain and pressure comes the opportunity for growth, and given everything we’ve experienced over the past year, there’s never been a better time for people to awaken not only to what they’ve been doing wrong all along, but also to the amount of untapped power they hold.

How can we start seeing the positives in every experience we go through as beings, good and bad? Could our trauma turn out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to us?

In this episode, international fitness and health coach and founder of BOD Company™, Alli Covington shares why our tribulations are a blessing in disguise.

Three Takeaways

  • How COVID-19 has helped the human race:

Gone are the days when the sick care system could claim to cure us while we sat idly by. Now, more than ever before, people are waking up to the reality that our health is our responsibility, and we have to be proactive about our wellness.

  • Why hitting rock bottom is more empowering than we realize:

Once we’ve experienced our lowest points, the only way is up. It’s only after we’ve faced the depths of pain head-on that we’re able to move forward, and once we do, there’s no going back.

  • The purpose of trauma:

Our souls decide what they want to experience in this lifetime, and that means everything happens for a reason. Stop trying to fight the dark night of the soul, and start paying attention to the lesson it shares.

Getting older doesn't have to mean slowing down. In fact, if we’re using the right healthcare, there’s no reason we can’t do everything we did at 25, at 75.

So, what does the ‘right’ healthcare look like, and how does it differ from the more traditional routes championed for years by big pharma and insurance companies?

Are preventative measures ever likely to go mainstream? In the event they don’t, how can we continue to access the kind of healthcare that promotes and maintains our vitality for years to come?

In this episode, co-founder of LifeWorks Wellness Center, Dr. David Minkoff shares how to stay active at any age.

Three Takeaways

  • What’s stopping more people from exploring proactive healthcare:

We’ve been indoctrinated to believe that anything not paid for by insurance companies isn’t necessary, but that couldn’t be more wrong. We have to be willing to prioritize our health and invest in ourselves

  • Why a shift towards proactive healthcare may already be on the horizon:

As more people awaken to the reality that prevention is better than a cure, it should come as no surprise that vitamins are a multi-billion dollar industry. In fact, it’s become so lucrative that big pharma is buying up vitamin companies.

  • Why it’s always a good idea to meet with health specialists:

Even when we think we’re in peak health, the reality is we all have blind spots. A specialist can diagnose issues before they come to the surface, allowing us to prevent, rather than cure, our ailments.

With the third dimension unraveling as we speak, the awakened are set to raise their consciousness to a fifth dimension. Those of us on a higher level are about to enter a Golden Age, but where does that leave everybody else?

While more beings than ever before are beginning to awaken, many are still in the early stages of their enlightenment, and some haven’t even begun the journey of raising their consciousness.

What’s still keeping people in low vibrational states, and what can be done to change that?

In this episode, ArtistAlchemist, SacredSex Shaman, and Abundance Master Coach, Trish Causey shares how trauma keeps us from consciousness, and how to heal it for good.

Three Takeaways

  • What’s causing so many souls to hold on to their trauma:

As souls are reincarnated, some will choose to go through trauma to experience the polarity of what happened in their previous lives. However, we all have freedom of will, so we can decide if we want to continue down that path or turn away from it.

  • Why the awakened have been subject to abuse across multiple lifetimes:

Throughout the ages, the elites have been aware of the awake, and they’ve done everything in their power to suppress us. The abuse we’ve faced has been designed specifically to make us question ourselves, rather than the existing structures.

  • How to use trauma to guide our healing:

Our uncomfortability at any given moment shows us what needs to be healed, so embrace triggers instead of shying away from them.
