Many are still of the mindset that increasing our consciousness and raising our vibration is ‘woo woo,’ but what if we had numbers to back it?

Just how much of our lived reality is based on numerology, and how does it even work, in the first place? How can understanding numerology enhance our paths towards self-mastery?

In this episode, numerologist, medium and author, Michael Smith gives us a beginner’s guide to numerology.

Three Curiosity-Driven Takeaways

  • How to awaken in the third dimension

It’s one thing to awaken and raise our consciousness, but how can we do that while still living, working and paying bills within the matrix?

  • The importance of finding stillness, no matter how difficult it may be

We talk about wanting to raise our vibration, but how many of us are willing to do the work required to get there?

  • 1 thing we need to realize about our reality

How much of what happens in our lives is really under our control?

We talk about love all the time, but if we want to truly become the embodiment of that love, we have to become more conscious about it.

How can we get to a point where giving our love is a given, with no strings attached? What will it take to become more comfortable receiving love from others?

In this episode, co-founders of LoveAll 5D, LLC, Mikko and Biji Carrea share how to find love in everything.

Three Curiosity-Driven Takeaways

  • How to manifest our perfect mates

Is there a way to attract our ideal life partners into our worlds, so we can cut out all the background noise and truly start living a life of unconditional love?

  • The key to loving everyone

How can we get to a place of grace and non-judgment where loving everyone becomes second nature?

  • How to raise our kids to speak from a higher level

Attempting to raise another being’s consciousness is an act of spiritual violence, but as parents, is there a way to equip our children with the tools they need to speak from a place of love?

Many of us can relate to ‘going along to get along,’ especially when it comes to our identities, but by denying ourselves the opportunity to step into our truest, most authentic selves, we’re only hindering our own quality of life.

Just how much of our lives has been dictated by so-called societal ‘norms’? Are we suppressing parts of ourselves to be more palatable to the masses? More importantly, could we be doing that without even realizing it?

In this episode, I’m joined by Ted Bach, who shares his story of coming out as gay at the age of 80.

Three Curiosity-Driven Takeaways

  • The importance of self-acceptance

How can we get better at accepting and loving ourselves for who we are, no matter what?

  • How we push down and ignore certain parts of ourselves

Is there a way of knowing when our truest selves are trying to shine through, and could we be consciously (or unconsciously) suppressing them?

  • Why we need to get intentional about creating inclusive environments

How can we play a part in building a world where everyone feels comfortable and confident with expressing themselves?

Guest Bio-

Ted Bach is an 81-year-old man who delights in biking around the Hillsboro and Portland areas when the weather permits, and who mines for humor in every situation and every day, because that's what keeps him going. He's led a somewhat charmed life, having been married for 60 years to his lovely wife, Charlie, and blessed with four children. His avocations include music (piano, accordion and organ), exercise, sewing, and glass art creation. Ted has long been an advocate for the LGBTQ community, since his daughter came out in the 1980s, and last year, he came out as gay, himself. Today, he is passionate about helping others uncover their true selves so they can live happier, more fulfilling lives.

We live in a world full of contaminants, and as parents, making the 'right' choices for our health isn't always cut and dry.

How can we even begin to put our children on the right path when it's so easy to be overwhelmed, ourselves? Is it even possible to protect our kids from the things that could harm their wellbeing?

In this episode, 4x Bestselling Author and Integrative Dietician, Esther Blum shares how to equip our children with the tools they need to flourish in a world where health too often takes a backseat.

Three Curiosity-Driven Takeaways

  • How to help our kids develop healthier eating habits

It's no secret that real, organic foods are hard to find, even in stores purporting to sell 'healthier' options. With so much junk freely available, how can we encourage our kids to pick more nutritious options for themselves?

  • The key to fostering our childrens' autonomy

It's one thing to tell our kids to make smarter choices. How can we prepare them to make those choices on their own, without us looking over their shoulders?

  • The importance of modeling the right behaviors

How can we get better at leading by example? More importantly, how can we stop beating ourselves up when our kids don't follow our lead?

Ours is a world riddled with disease, but that doesn’t mean we’re destined to catch any bug that comes along. If we steel our immune systems like we’re preparing for battle, we can protect ourselves from just about anything.

The problem is, so much of what we’ve been taught about healthcare and preventative medicine has been skewed or lost in translation that many of us don’t even know where to start. What should we be doing to boost our immune systems? Is there anything we should avoid altogether?

As part of our 300-episode special, Fat Fueled Family’s Danny Vega returns to share how to become more resilient in the face of health threats.

Three Curiosity-Driven Takeaways

  • The #1 thing we tend to forget when thinking about our immune systems

Our physical health is undoubtedly important to our holistic wellbeing, but are we paying enough attention to our mental health?

  • Why a routine might be causing us to plateau

We hear about the importance of routines all the time, but are we really doing ourselves any favors if that regimen sees us go from one section of the gym, to our cubicles at the office, and back again?

  • How to get more intuitive with our health

It’s great that we have access to others’ research, but how much time are we dedicating to seeing what works for our own bodies?
