With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tara was inspired to look into fat because of her weight loss struggles. Today, she is passionate about helping understand their fat, so they can beat it, once and for all. Dr. Tara is the creator of The Fat Lab Online Course.
