By choosing to enrich and nourish our bodies, we can improve all aspects of our lives and even delay the onset of aging.

No matter what’s taking place in the external world, we can take control of our lives by doing the inner work. Meditation, breathing and gratitude exercises can help us focus on our own wellness and take us to a higher vibration. 

Not all diets are created equal
People’s bodies have different needs, so for some, a ketogenic diet or veganism could cause deficiencies later on. However, one thing we should all be practising is intermittent fasting. If our ancestors could live for days at a time without food, so can we.

Don’t skip supplements
