It has been well-researched and even well-documented that the inhibition of estrogen is detrimental and even dangerous to men’s health.

The problem is, we still have people and even doctors who are making their patients take aromatase inhibitors.

The majority of information on aromatase inhibition originates from bro science and the bodybuilding subculture. This is harmful in so many ways, and it is damaging to the biological system on so many levels. Why is blocking estrogen while on testosterone so harmful?

Why is this still such a problem in the clinical community? How is the inhibition of aromatase causing so many problems for bodybuilders?

In this episode, I’m joined by leading androgen researcher and Tier1 Health and Wellness Research Director, Dr. Scott Howell shares a presentation and gives his professional, expert opinion on why we’re harming men when we suppress their estrogen.

The body has a failsafe mechanism which is the aromatase enzyme. The benefits of TOT are modulated by estradiol. -Scott Howell

Three Takeaways

  • Any time the aromatase enzyme function is interfered with, the body’s normal adaptive hypertrophy is exacerbated.
  • Estradiol is neuro-protective and essential for the integrity survival of dopamine neurons and mood stabilization. It’s also essential and vitally protective of the immune and cardiovascular system.
  • The side effects of estrogen should be managed outside of the estradiol.

3 Things You’ll Learn In This Episode

  • What actually happens to our biological tissue when we knock out the androgen receptor
  • Why blocking estrogen is actually the cause for many deaths in the bodybuilding community
  • The 6 forms of androgen toxicity

Guest Bio-

Scott Howell, Ph.D. is the Research Director of Tier 1 Health and Wellness, Center for Clinical Research. He is an epidemiologist, exercise physiologist and mechanical engineer with research interests in the long-term safety of therapeutic androgen use, endocrine disrupting chemicals exposure, and preventative medicine. With everything happening in the world right now, it’s clear that we’re in a state of transition, and going through the turmoil of creating the new earth. We need to accept that we’re living in an illusion and work to find the truth. How do we develop our own focused intent in order to raise our vibration and interpret reality truthfully? Why are self-responsibility and self-love so important? On this episode, serial entrepreneur, social technologist and multi-platform storyteller, Gunther Sonnenfield, joins us to have a profound and impactful conversation about the dualism of reality, and how to separate the noise from the truth.

Three Takeaways

What we experience and what we’re told run in conflict with each other inherently. The reality most of us are in engagement with is just an idea and an illusion.

Language that is self-focused is an externalization that distances us from truth.

We cannot bring in the new world, and disrupt the broken system we have now if we’re not disrupting ourselves internally.

Introspection, examination, allowance and acceptance of who we are is how we come to love and trust ourselves.

At the start of the show, Gunther shared how he got to where he is today, and his unorthodox but illustrious path to consciousness. Next, we talked about how we’re living in an illusion and how we can detach ourselves from it, and see the truth. We talked about the importance of self-love and self-responsibility in our growth. We also discussed how to detect the lies in some of the messages we hear.

We also discussed:

  • Inorganic holograms vs.organic holograms
  • How our energy gets displaced by fear
  • The soulessness of many human beings today
  • The difference between discipline and routine

Handbook to the New Paradigm

Apr 7, 2020

As beings operating at a higher frequency, we have the capacity to achieve anything we put our minds to, and the potential to overcome any obstacles. How can we manifest the realities we want? What can we do to raise our consciousness now- and how should we react to those who haven’t awoken yet? On this episode, fireman and thought leader, Jake Parsons, shares how to raise our consciousness and operate at a higher frequency.

You've got to grow spiritually to a certain level to be able to see over obstacles. -Jake Parsons

Three Takeaways

  • To manifest the realities we want, we have to work on our spiritual growth. If we grow spiritually and raise our consciousness, we will be able to look past any obstacles that may stand in our way.
  • The best way to raise our consciousness is by addressing and integrating our past traumas; we have to explore the past to move forward.
  • We only have control over ourselves, not anyone else. It’s easy to feel frustrated when the people around us don’t share the same vibrations we do, but we’ve all been there. Be compassionate and understanding towards others.

On this episode, we discussed how to grow spiritually to meet our full potential. We also spoke about the importance of being neutral observers of our own lives, and mentioned why it’s important to stay empathetic towards those who aren’t.

We also discussed:

  • The universal truth: we exist to give and receive love
  • How to explore past traumas with another being
  • Why we should be cautious of plant medicine if we haven’t addressed trauma

Guest Bio-

Jake Parsons has been a fireman in Central Florida for over a decade. In addition to being a true servant who dedicates his time to saving people, Jake is a master thought leader in the realm of the esoteric.

So often, life gets in the way of our goals and before we know it, we haven’t achieved anything - but with careful planning, that doesn’t have to be the case. How can we plan our future more effectively and how can we stop feeling overwhelmed by big goals? If we’re aiming to get our families to be more active, how should we be approaching this goal? On this episode, author, podcast host and fitness coach, Josiah Novak, shares how to plan more effectively for the years ahead.

You have to be willing to accept that everyone has flaws, and not sit in a state of mind where you can’t move forward. -Josiah Novak

Three Takeaways

Plan proactively. A lot of us miss out on reaching our goals because life gets in the way and we lose focus. The best way to combat this is by planning proactively and putting in the work to reach our goals now, before anything can distract us.

With any goals (whether fitness, finance or family related), tackle them in small, manageable steps. Set goal checkpoints throughout the year to monitor progress.

If our goal is to get our families to be more active, we have to do it the right way. That means not forcing anything on them. Instead, set time aside to be active together where everyone feels supported.

At the start of this episode, we spoke about the importance of forgiveness. After discussing our shared experiences of physical and emotional abuse, we explained why it’s vital to let go of the past if we want to move forward.

We also discussed:

  • Why we need to take accountability for every aspect of our lives
  • The importance of treating others as we’d like to be treated
  • That all the answers we need are within; we just have to get to a higher vibration to hear them
