The default for living in the West is poor health. The ills of modern society aren’t just numerous, they are also entirely by design. Sick, unhealthy people make for better consumers and they are much easier to manipulate.

 

There’s a mission to undo our personal sovereignty, and the greatest insulation is optimization and refusing to get fleeced by a system that wants to control us.

 

What do people get wrong about exercise? Can muscle bolster us against the attacks of the system? In this episode, I’m joined by personal trainer, co-founder and co-host of Mind Pump Media, Sal DiStefano. We talk about how to make yourself antifragile in a world that wants to break you.

Sal Di Stefano is a personal trainer and co-founder of Mind Pump Media and co-host of Mind Pump, an online radio show/podcast that is dedicated to providing truthful fitness and health information.
