In the journey to becoming an optimized, high-conscious being, there are 3 key aspects - physical, mental, and spiritual. We can’t pick and choose which area to focus on, everything is intertwined.

We can’t be fit and forget our souls, and we can’t be deeply spiritual and forget about our bodies.

We have to maximize the entire vessel.

Health, fitness, happiness, abundance, and prosperity are the inevitable by-products of taking a holistic approach to becoming better people. If we can’t accept and allow ourselves to transform in body, mind, and soul, it’s all a waste.

How do we deal with our trauma so that it doesn’t weigh us down? What are the most important aspects of spiritual evolution?

In this episode, I’m joined by nutrition junkie, soul searcher, and co-founder of Health Mind Soul, Jeff Simpson. We talk about the journey to a high conscious existence, and the most important lessons we’ve learned along the way.

Three Takeaways

  • The goal of a high consciousness being

On the map of consciousness, aim to stay between 350 to 500 at all times. It’s impossible to stay at level 540 at all times, because we still have egos, and some situations will test us. The difference between a master and low consciousness being is the ability to recognize when you’re being pulled into a lower vibrational frequency.

  • Why we can’t be optimized without self-acceptance

Until you love and trust yourself, it’s hard to make any lasting change to any aspect of your life. If you optimize your nutrition and fitness without achieving inner peace and awareness, you’re always going to sabotage yourself, because you don’t feel worthy of a healthy body.

  • How to optimize all aspects of your being

The body, mind, and soul are part of one intertwined, holistic system, and to be a high conscious being, every aspect needs to be optimized. Each part of our being feeds off the other, and if we just focus on one area and neglect the rest, we’re not fully embracing the path of high consciousness.

Many of us have been anticipating a shift of sorts for months now, and it's finally upon us. The world as we know it is about to change, from the Gregorian Calendar, to its Lemurian counterpart.

While our world has been shaped by post-Atlantean language, it's time for us to forget what we think we know and begin to embrace what's to come. The question is, what is to come?

What changes will the Lemurian calendar bring into our lives? Are we about to experience an entirely different dimension from the one we've always known?

In this episode, Lemurian Light Shaman of New Zealand, Huna Flash shares what to expect in the near future, and how to get ready for it.

Three Takeaways

  • How to prepare for the shift

The easiest way to transition to the Lemurian calendar is by simplifying the world around us. Focus on connecting and communicating with others and cleanse anything that could keep us in the current dimension longer than we need to be.

  • What the shift feels like

We often think the shift will look like a flash of light, and we're not wrong, but many times we're looking for that flash in the wrong place. The shift comes from within us, not externally.

  • How healers can gear up for the changes ahead

It's time for us to familiarize ourselves with the pre-Atlantean tools of healing. Ancient wisdom is our future, so we have to have a firm grasp on what that means.

Human beings as a species have become easier to kill than ever before, and even the best biohacker on the planet is at risk right now. The reason for that is we’ve spent so much time leveling up our physical bodies that we’ve forgotten the most important part of our existence - our souls.

When we aren’t doing enough to nurture our mental and psychological well-being, it doesn’t matter how ‘ripped’ we are. Until and unless we can get to a point where we’re filled with nothing but love for ourselves, we’re only paving the way for perpetual unhappiness, and even health problems like inflammation.

The only problem is, getting to love ourselves is often easier said than done. Where do we even start? What can we do to nurture our souls the way we treat our bodies?

In this episode, the world’s leading nutritional biochemist and author of the brand new book, The ENERGY Formula, Shawn Wells shares his journey to self-love after years of neglect.

Three Takeaways

  • Why biohacking can only take us so far

Biohacking has amazing benefits for our physical bodies, but without prioritizing our mental health, those advantages are only skin deep. Think of our inner game as the foundation for a better quality of life, and everything else as an add-on.

  • How the ultra-masculinized world holds us back from just ‘being’

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with masculine energy, but much of our world is structured around the masculine habits of doing, grinding, and always being ‘on the go’. We have to have a balance between masculine and feminine energy so we can let go of the constant push and just flow.

  • How to be happier NOW

We put so much pressure on ourselves to reach our goals, and often we think we’ll be happy once we do. However, we need to stop chasing rainbows. We can embody who we want to be TODAY and claim it in advance.

As beings, our primary purpose is to give and receive love, and few embody that as well as the non-speaking autistic community. However, for far too long, the community has been entirely misunderstood.

Non-speakers are often dismissed because they don’t communicate in a way many of us understand, but that doesn’t make them incapable of interacting. It just means the speaking community needs to get better at understanding.

What can speakers do to assist more non-speakers to share their voices? What tools of communication already exist, and how can we learn more about them?

In this episode, the author of Underestimated: An Autism Miracle, JB Handley, and his son Jamie Handley share how the Spelling to Communicate process changed their family forever.

Three Takeaways

  • Non-speakers, defined

While non-speakers can say some words, their spoken vocabularies are incredibly limited. This has nothing to do with cognitive function and everything to do with motor disability.

  • How to respond to a non-speaker

Non-speakers might not communicate in the way that’s deemed “normal”, but they’re keen observers and often cognitively brilliant. They don’t need to be spoken down to, and chances are their understanding far surpasses that of most people.

  • Advice for parents of non-speakers

Spelling to Communicate, a system designed to help non-speakers, can be taught at any age. Any parent with a non-speaking autistic child should look into this life-changing process.

Jamison Handley is an 18-year-old non-speaker. Diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, since going through the process of Spelling to Communicate last year, he is now able to fully communicate. A gifted mathematician, Jamison is set to graduate high school in 2022 and study neuroscience in college after that.

Being in nature is being around God, so it's no surprise that traditionally, alchemists would send their patients out into the wilderness to drink dewdrops off specific flowers for healing. That being said, how many of us have the opportunity to do that every morning?

With so many of us living in cities, unable to access the natural world on a daily basis, we've got further away from traditional healing methods than ever before.

Does that mean approaches like flower alchemy are out of reach or are there modern alternatives to ancient traditions?

How can we take full advantage of all the healing powers of mother nature, no matter where we are?

In this episode, flower alchemist and Founder of Lotuswei, Katie Hess expands on flower elixirs and the role they can play in boosting our holistic wellness.

Three Takeaways

  • How flowers promote post-breakup healing
When an intimate relationship ends, many people continue to feel connected to a former partner, and that’s because we’re still experiencing their energy. Plants like the pomegranate flower have the power to cleanse those energies and speed up the healing process.

  • The role flower elixirs can play in alleviating emotional turmoil
Going through difficult emotions is part of the human experience, and we should embrace even our lowest moments as gifts. However, we can always look to mother nature and her powers as a supportive partner as we navigate life’s ups and downs.

  • How to take advantage of the healing power of nature without flower essences
Flower elixirs offer numerous benefits, but merely spending time in nature does wonders for our wellbeing. Whenever possible, go outdoors, sit under a tree, and ask the divine for wisdom.

As children of the light, we have a clearer understanding of this world than most other beings, even if we don’t have all the answers. If we want to uncover the truths of our universe, and ourselves, we have to be willing to keep learning and challenging our understandings along the way.

How can we develop a closer knowledge of our workings as beings on a DNA level? Is there anything we’ve got completely wrong until now?

With so much of what we’ve been taught merely scratching the surface of the truths of our universe, where do we turn for the real answers?

In this episode, CEO and Founder of the Biogenesis Experience and Inventor of The RASHA Consciousness-Coherence Technology, Dr. Jere River-Dugenio shares what he’s learned about consciousness from years of research.

Three Takeaways

  • Why we need to think beyond raising our vibrations
Many of us think in terms of raising our vibrations, but we should be raising our oscillation. There’s a subtle distinction between the two, but it means the difference between breaking free entirely, versus freeing ourselves marginally, only to stay trapped in a black hole in the middle of the universe.

  • Why we need to debunk the concept of ‘Junk DNA’
Source makes no mistakes, so the idea that some of our DNA serves no purpose is pure nonsense. We have to reconnect these so-called ‘junk DNA’ strands to take advantage of all the information they hold.

  • How to re-think love
The heart may have a major role in the giving and receiving of love, but it’s our chakras that play the biggest part. The frequency of love is simply the co-residence of frequency vibration oscillation when the left and right hemispheres sync in the brain.

Physical fitness is a vital element of optimization, but none of that matters if we're not spending time developing our inner selves along the way. What does being in peak physical condition matter if we're empty cans?

If we want to raise every part of our beings to become the best versions of ourselves, we have to work on our mental and spiritual worlds too.

We also have to think about how we're connecting with the planet, because what good is it being optimized when the world around us is falling apart?

How can we do the necessary work to become holistically successful, complete humans? How will we know once we've reached our destination?

In this episode, Founders of Complete Human, Janna Breslin and Evan DeMarco discuss how to develop every part of ourselves.

Three Takeaways

  • How to stop letting ego impact every decision we make
Ego is often what motivates us to work on our fitness, but when we're optimizing ourselves purely to look good on the beach, we're not making an impact on anything other than our vanity. If we want to advance our consciousness, that needs to change.

  • The importance of doing the inner work
Whenever we dedicate time and effort to our inner development, we’re heightening our awareness of the energies around us. Inner work is the key to becoming receptive to the energies that are totally transforming the world as we know it.

  • What the final destination for a complete human looks like
Developing ourselves and becoming complete is a journey, and we’ll never be ‘done’ with it. Becoming a complete human requires a commitment to constant growth in every area of our lives.

As children of the light, seeing so many people give in to constant fear-mongering is nothing short of infuriating. However, we have to remember that for the unawakened, that fear feels real, and we have to treat them with the level of compassion they deserve.

Among the enlightened, many of us have a burning desire to force those around us to wake up, but the truth is no good comes from proselytizing. No matter how painful it can be to see others vibrate in fear, forcing them to increase their vibrations before they’re ready could do more harm than good.

Is there a way to help people see from a more awakened perspective while staying respectful of where they are on their spiritual journeys? What can we do when the unawakened in question are the people closest to us?

In this episode, life coach and energy healing practitioner, Jennifer Passavant shares how to stay calm, even as we see those around us fall prey to the dark forces.

Three Takeaways

  • What to do when our loved ones are still vibrating at a lower level:

For some people, staying asleep is part of their soul’s journey. It’s not our place to interfere in their development, so we have to accept that they will awaken when they are ready.

  • Why disassociation is the key to survival in times of division:

When differences of opinion arise, our best option is to cultivate a sense of detachment from all the various perspectives- ours included. It’s easier to move forward on our personal spiritual journeys when we’re not getting bogged down by low-vibrational arguments.

  • How to stop vibrating in victimhood, for good:

Everything we go through in this lifetime was chosen by our souls prior to incarnation, with the intention of learning a lesson. Stop fighting against what has been preordained and embrace the human experience, traumas and all.

Healthcare in America is too expensive, and the system as a whole is broken and fractured. Where does the root of the problem lie, and do we have any other alternatives at our disposal?

The only way to survive the sick-care system is by taking our health into our own hands. We can’t hope for health insurance companies or politicians to save us, we have to be proactive about our wellbeing. So, where do we begin?

How can we start taking more responsibility for our health while we still have it, so we don’t end up preyed upon by the systems that be?

In this episode, President and Co-Founder of Distilled Concepts, Derek Winn shares how to navigate the choppy waters that are the American healthcare system.

Three Takeaways

  • Why American healthcare is so expensive:

We’ve had a bigger impact on the cost of healthcare than we may realize. By choosing high-cost, low-quality facilities like hospitals for routine procedures over their freestanding counterparts, we’re rewarding them for charging more. If we want that to change, we have to take control over our choices.

  • The importance of being proactive about our wellbeing:

Most people don’t even begin to think about their health until they’re forced to by disease or ailments. Prevention is always better than a cure, so embrace a cleaner, more health-conscious lifestyle before it becomes a necessity.

  • How to become our own Doctors:

Avoid running to the doctor for a sniffle diagnosis by doing some research. We should all become students of our health and have a better understanding of what’s going on in our own bodies.

The onset of COVID-19 put the unawakened into a collective dark night of the soul, and nearly a year later, many are still reeling from the trauma. However, that same trauma could become a source of light to those who look.

With pain and pressure comes the opportunity for growth, and given everything we’ve experienced over the past year, there’s never been a better time for people to awaken not only to what they’ve been doing wrong all along, but also to the amount of untapped power they hold.

How can we start seeing the positives in every experience we go through as beings, good and bad? Could our trauma turn out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to us?

In this episode, international fitness and health coach and founder of BOD Company™, Alli Covington shares why our tribulations are a blessing in disguise.

Three Takeaways

  • How COVID-19 has helped the human race:

Gone are the days when the sick care system could claim to cure us while we sat idly by. Now, more than ever before, people are waking up to the reality that our health is our responsibility, and we have to be proactive about our wellness.

  • Why hitting rock bottom is more empowering than we realize:

Once we’ve experienced our lowest points, the only way is up. It’s only after we’ve faced the depths of pain head-on that we’re able to move forward, and once we do, there’s no going back.

  • The purpose of trauma:

Our souls decide what they want to experience in this lifetime, and that means everything happens for a reason. Stop trying to fight the dark night of the soul, and start paying attention to the lesson it shares.

Getting older doesn't have to mean slowing down. In fact, if we’re using the right healthcare, there’s no reason we can’t do everything we did at 25, at 75.

So, what does the ‘right’ healthcare look like, and how does it differ from the more traditional routes championed for years by big pharma and insurance companies?

Are preventative measures ever likely to go mainstream? In the event they don’t, how can we continue to access the kind of healthcare that promotes and maintains our vitality for years to come?

In this episode, co-founder of LifeWorks Wellness Center, Dr. David Minkoff shares how to stay active at any age.

Three Takeaways

  • What’s stopping more people from exploring proactive healthcare:

We’ve been indoctrinated to believe that anything not paid for by insurance companies isn’t necessary, but that couldn’t be more wrong. We have to be willing to prioritize our health and invest in ourselves

  • Why a shift towards proactive healthcare may already be on the horizon:

As more people awaken to the reality that prevention is better than a cure, it should come as no surprise that vitamins are a multi-billion dollar industry. In fact, it’s become so lucrative that big pharma is buying up vitamin companies.

  • Why it’s always a good idea to meet with health specialists:

Even when we think we’re in peak health, the reality is we all have blind spots. A specialist can diagnose issues before they come to the surface, allowing us to prevent, rather than cure, our ailments.

Guest Bio-

With the third dimension unraveling as we speak, the awakened are set to raise their consciousness to a fifth dimension. Those of us on a higher level are about to enter a Golden Age, but where does that leave everybody else?

While more beings than ever before are beginning to awaken, many are still in the early stages of their enlightenment, and some haven’t even begun the journey of raising their consciousness.

What’s still keeping people in low vibrational states, and what can be done to change that?

In this episode, ArtistAlchemist, SacredSex Shaman, and Abundance Master Coach, Trish Causey shares how trauma keeps us from consciousness, and how to heal it for good.

Three Takeaways

  • What’s causing so many souls to hold on to their trauma:

As souls are reincarnated, some will choose to go through trauma to experience the polarity of what happened in their previous lives. However, we all have freedom of will, so we can decide if we want to continue down that path or turn away from it.

  • Why the awakened have been subject to abuse across multiple lifetimes:

Throughout the ages, the elites have been aware of the awake, and they’ve done everything in their power to suppress us. The abuse we’ve faced has been designed specifically to make us question ourselves, rather than the existing structures.

  • How to use trauma to guide our healing:

Our uncomfortability at any given moment shows us what needs to be healed, so embrace triggers instead of shying away from them.

The key to raising our vibration lies in letting go of the things we can’t control, but in light of everything that’s happened over the past few months, that can be much easier said than done.

With so many of us feeling on-edge at the moment, our first instinct is to grab tight and not let go. How can we even begin to find a sense of calm when it feels like the world around us is falling apart?

Is it possible to find inner peace in the midst of pandemonium?

In this episode, meditation coach and creator of the Be Time MethodⓇ, Josephine Atluri shares how to create stillness in our lives.

Three Takeaways

  • Why addressing our trauma is the first step to letting go:

Trauma becomes emotional baggage, and until we address it, it will continue to weigh us down and stop us from optimizing our lives. We have to dig deep to discover what’s really affecting us.

  • Why we need to change the way we think about meditation:

Many people shy away from meditation because they have preconceived ideas of what it entails, but there’s no one way to go about it. At its core, meditation is about achieving stillness, and we all have different ways of getting to that point.

  • The importance of relinquishing our expectations and labels:

It’s impossible to find our calm when we’re trying to control everything around us, so stop trying to. Let go of expectations of what ‘should’ be happening and shift focus inwards.

Letting Go by David Hawkins

Jan 19, 2021

Our bodies are constantly exposed to environmental toxins from the food we eat, the products we use, and even the air we breathe.

Any conversation about optimization is incomplete if we’re not actively working to release those toxins from our bodies. Unless we have a way to detoxify our bodies, we’ll stay stuck in a cycle of inflammation, disease, and destruction.

Sweating is our body’s natural mechanism for releasing toxins, and a powerful way to combat the environmental poisons around us. The best way to implement a detoxification routine is through an infrared heat therapy sauna. This therapy will impact every area of our health including joint health, weight management, aging, and recovery.

How does sauna therapy boost our optimization? How can we use an in-home infrared sauna in our daily routines?

In this episode, sauna expert, Richard Ori talks about how sauna therapy works and the benefit of having a sauna in your home.

Three Takeaways

  • The difference between heat therapy sauna and infrared therapy sauna:

Conventional heat therapy is the application of surface heat to the body, which leads to perspiration on the surface level. It’s what you would find in a gym sauna. Infrared is a light wave that penetrates deeper into the fat layers of the body to push out toxins.

  • Why vigorous sweating needs to be part of our optimization:

The toxins we accumulate from our environment get stuck in our bodies and exacerbate inflammation. If we don’t get rid of the toxins in our bodies, we won’t get the full benefit of everything else we do to optimize our health.

  • How infrared sauna therapy works:
The light waves of an infrared sauna create heat that penetrates your body and pushes toxins out through the pores. Using a sauna regularly will massively improve vascular and arterial flow and cleanse your blood and vascular networks.

Together, the sauna and salt cave provide a vigorous body detox. Today, SpiritualQuest combines the infrared sauna experience with the benefits of a Himalayan salt cave right in the comfort of your home. For more information, visit

We live in a world where being busy and on-the-go is constantly rewarded, but at the end of the day, it’s important to remember that we’re human beings, not human doings.

By focusing all our energies on doing, we’ve lost touch with our ability to just be. In the process, we’ve also severed our ties with a core part of ourselves. The question is, can we regain that connection?

How can we start checking in with ourselves, mind, body, and soul more frequently- and is that even possible in a world so geared towards a fast-paced lifestyle?

In this episode, Primal Health Coach, Charlène Gisèle shares how we can get back into the habit of being.

Three Takeaways

  • Why it’s possible to have it all, as long as we’re checking in with ourselves:

There’s nothing inherently wrong with aspiring to material success, but it should never come at the expense of our wellbeing. It doesn’t matter how much money we accumulate if we’re too weak to play with our grandchildren or too uncomfortable to enjoy our lives.

  • How to stay in awe of the world around us:

The key to being present lies in finding the magnificence of nature all around us. Even if we’re unable to get into the wild, taking a moment to look at our hands and marvel at their abilities is a great way to acknowledge the beauty of everything that is.

  • How to start each day being more present:

Instead of diving out of bed every morning and grabbing hold of a device, take some time to just be. Stretch, massage any stiff areas and be playful, and avoid any technology for at least an hour after waking up.

More people than ever before are trying to get onto the path of consciousness, but despite the willingness, most just don’t know where to start.

How can young conscious beings increase their awareness when they’ve never even been taught what meditation is, let alone the right way to do it?

We’re living in the information age, and that should mean everyone has access to the guidance they need. However, there’s simply too much information to sift through to get any real answers.

How can someone entirely new to the world of consciousness building tell if they’re accessing the right information?

In this episode, co-owner of Propane Fitness, Dr. Yusef Smith shares how to increase consciousness at a beginner’s level.

Three Things You'll Learn From This Episode:

  • Why silence is the key to consciousness:
When we’re forced to be alone with our thoughts, we begin to unpack each layer of our emotions. Sometimes we have to deprive our senses to truly connect with our minds.

  • How our physical bodies are impacted by our thoughts:
Every thought and emotion has a physical counterpart in our bodies. The benefit of this is that we can recondition ourselves through both mental reorganization and by working directly with the body through stretch work, breathwork, and meditation.

  • Why we need to stop looking for a quick fix to consciousness:
We wouldn’t expect to see massive results after a 6 minute workout, and we shouldn’t expect to be fully conscious after just one meditation. Consciousness takes commitment, and if we want to see full benefits from it we have to practice regularly.

Over the past year, we’ve heard a lot of conflicting information about 5G towers and the effect they’ll have on our collective wellbeing. However, no matter how much the industry and the media suggest there’s nothing to be concerned about, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Much of the debate in favor of 5G is centered on there not being enough research to prove its risks, but that’s simply because there hasn’t been much research conducted, period. That being said, the research that has been done all points to one thing: 5G radiation puts us in danger.

The problem is, we live in a world where technology is ubiquitous. How can we possibly avoid radiation when it’s all around us?

Is there anything we can do to protect ourselves, without losing out on all the benefits of modern technology?

In this episode, CEO of EMF Harmonized, Lance Schuttler joins me to discuss how radiation is impacting us everyday, and what we can do about it.

Three Takeaways

  • How we’re exposed to EMFs on a daily basis:

From the microwaves in our kitchens to our sleep trackers and our phones, nearly every part of our lives leads to us being bombarded with electromagnetic fields. However, EMFs aren’t only coming off devices, they’re also being emitted by the sun, meaning we’re almost always exposed.

  • Why we’ll never completely escape the EMFs emitted through technology:

Short of moving to the middle of nowhere to live off the grid and avoid technology entirely, we’ll always be affected by EMFs in some way. However, we can shield ourselves by making use of protective tools like blue light glasses, cellphone discs, and computer strips.

  • How protective tools work to keep our bodies in homeostasis:

Products like those developed by EMF Harmonized won’t lead to a reduction of EMFs. Instead, their technology signals our bodies to go into homeostasis and keep things balanced out in a healthy way in response to the radiation all around us.

The world we inhabit is integrally linked to it’s history, but unfortunately, the history we’ve been taught isn’t always the history that happened. Despite being on the cusp of a golden age, the dark forces are still doing everything they can to stop us from unearthing their secrets.

Ancient civilizations hold more truths about our current state than we can comprehend, but in recent years it’s become more difficult than ever before to access the right information about them. The elites are in the process of rewriting history, and we’re at risk of finding ourselves in a completely unreal paradigm.

How are these powerful forces stealing history, and what are their motivations? With the internet affording us instant communication, how effective will their attempts be?

In this episode, alternative history legends and co-authors of the upcoming The Epic of Humanity, Matt LaCroix and Billy Carson join me as the Decoders of Truth 2020 to explain why ancient sites are under attack.

Three Takeaways

  • How ancient history is being hidden from us:

It’s not a coincidence that our access to the past is so restricted. From terror groups destroying ancient sites to museums keeping artifacts in storage facilities rather than on display, our access to history is actively being censored

  • Why history withheld today has far-reaching effects:

Robbing someone of their history is a surefire way to gain control over not only them, but their descendants as well. The false information we’re fed is stored in our epigenetic memories, where it will persist for up to 20 generations.

  • What the elites are hiding from us:

Human beings may have a mammal side, but we also have a God side, and that’s something ancient civilizations knew. If we all realized how much power we hold within ourselves, we would easily overcome oppressive structures, and that’s why the elites are determined to keep us in the dark.

There can be no doubt that we’re in times of prophecy, and the world as we’ve known it is fast coming to an end. The events of 2020 have forced more people than ever before to awaken to this reality- but what about those who haven’t?

Despite so many beings coming into the light, there are still many trapped in low consciousness, and that’s because they’re vibrating in fear. The problem is, our world is so determined to keep us in angst that moving out of that fear is no easy feat.

Is there hope for the unawakened to step into a higher awareness, or is it too late? What can conscious beings do to assist in the process?

In this episode, owner of The Dynamic Man, LLC, Pat Stedman and I discuss the dangers of staying in the fear consciousness.

Three Takeaways

  • How fear has stagnated our basic humanity:

When encountering a traumatic event of sorts, most people are unlikely to step in to help, and that’s because we’ve been taught that doing so could result in us being questioned, ridiculed, or even sued. Our fear of what might happen to us for being of service stops us from taking action when it’s needed most.

  • Why we need to think of our traumatic events as formative, not catastrophic:

Most people think of the bad things that have happened in their lives as debacles, but thinking that way will only keep us in a low vibration. When we acknowledge that these events have shaped us, it’s easier to move into a higher level of consciousness.

  • What 2021 has in store for sleeping beings:

The first wave of awakening took place in early 2020, and it was a relatively easy process. However, the same can’t be said for 2021. Everything imaginable will come to light in the next year, and the unprepared will not have a smooth transition into the new world.

Technology has made it easier than ever before to opt-out of taking responsibility for ourselves, and far too many of us have jumped at the opportunity. The problem is, by outsourcing authority we’ve opened ourselves up to abuse.

When we start letting perceived authority figures make decisions on our behalf, we place ourselves at their mercy. When did we become a society of children, and how can we regain the power we’ve relinquished?

How are the elites keeping us under their control, and what can we do to break the cycle? What are their motivations for dominating us in the first place?

In this episode, world-renowned holistic wellness expert and founder of the CHEK Institute, Paul Chek joins me to discuss how to recover sovereignty by building consciousness.

Three Takeaways

  • Why the presence of dark forces helps us build consciousness:

It’s easy to get caught up in “good versus evil” and “wrong versus right”, but to become conscious beings we have to have both. Negative polarity forces us to keep growing, which ultimately helps us maintain our consciousness.

  • What’s stopping us from accessing the truth:

We’re constantly bombarded with images of danger, but they’re only illusions being fed to us as a distraction from what’s really going on. We have to stop giving all our energy to news and social media and start looking for answers on our own.

  • How to get in touch with reality in a world that thrives on smoke and mirrors:

Stop paying attention to illusions, and focus instead on reality. The real world and its natural resources are the only things that can guarantee our survival, so we need to channel all our efforts into protecting it from those who threaten it.

Most of us have spent our lives believing the earth is heliocentric, simply because that’s what we’ve always been taught. However, as more of us begin to question everything we’ve been told, it might be time to revisit that theory.

Despite so many beings awakening to truth in other parts of their lives, many are still hesitant to take Flat Earth theory more seriously. At the core of this reluctance is the question: why does it matter

Who stands to gain from the myth of a heliocentric system, and how would our lives be impacted if we found out we were being lied to all along?

In this episode, host of the Flat Earth Podcast, David Weiss shares his thoughts on why the heliocentric model affects us more than we realize.

Everything we’re taught is fake and it’s all to keep us in fear. -David Weiss

Three Takeaways

  • Why we were conditioned to believe the heliocentric model in the first place:

The idea that we inhabit a giant rock flying through a Creator-less vacuum suggests our lives are meaningless. This stops us from seeing our lives for what they truly are, which is a divine experience

  • What makes so many people resistant to accepting Flat Earth theory:

Having our foundations ripped out from under us is never easy, because it means admitting our beliefs were wrong. However, if we can accept that we’ve been fed misinformation, we’ll come out empowered on the other side.

  • How the heliocentric model affects our actions and accomplishments:

Buying into the idea that we’re floating in space unprotected keeps us in fear, which ultimately holds us back from living our best lives. When we acknowledge that we’re at the center of creation, we feel empowered to take bigger action and make our dreams a reality.

Covid-19 has made it very clear that optimization is the only way to fight against disease and afford ourselves any level of physiological protection.

For years, we’ve known that the traditional healthcare system is not where we can find the most cutting edge expertise and knowledge when it comes to optimizing our health.

Peptides and nootropics are the new frontiers of health and wellness. We can take advantage of them, tailor them to our needs, and catapult ourselves into a higher state of optimization.

What are the best dopaminergic-based nootropics? What is the number one mistake people make with nootropics? Why are SSRIs so harmful to men?

In this episode, I’m joined by biohacker and nootropics expert, Lucas Aoun. He shares in-depth cutting edge information on nootropics and how we can use them as an optimization tool.

The serotonin-dominant state is learned helplessness. It shuts down your ability to produce. All you can do is obey and comply. -Lucas Aoun

  • When it comes to nootropics, dosage protocol matters. How you use a compound and what you use it with isn’t just important for its effectiveness, it can also keep you safe from catastrophic side effects.

  • All disease comes from systemic inflammation. The only physiological protection that is afforded from any disease is a low-inflammation optimized lifestyle.

  • Serotonin can be very antagonistic to dopamine and when put together, and they can have the same negative effects as SSRIs.

The events of the past year have taken a toll on many people’s mental and physical health, but while it’s tempting to blame this on external factors, the only way to get through this period is by looking within.

There’s never been a better time to stop focusing on the constant buzz of activity in the outside world and start working on our own inner stillness. That being said, with our world so geared towards a fast-paced lifestyle, is that even a possibility?

How can we channel our energies towards inner peace? What’s stopping us from becoming more self-aware in the first place?

In this episode, fitness expert, lifestyle coach, and host of the Stacked podcast, Joe Distefano shares how breathwork can help us find inner peace and healing in a time of chaos.

All of us as beings have to work on getting to a silent place where we can drown out the noise and be one with our presence. -Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  • How the way we breathe impacts our health:

Many of us breathe primarily through our mouths, but we shouldn’t be. Breathing through our noses gives us 360° expansion and ultimately gets our bodies functioning at an optimal level.

  • How to stay focused on our breathwork when we’re just getting started:

It’s easy to get distracted when we’re new to breathwork, and that’s why we need an anchor. Simple actions like practicing holding our breath keep us focused on what we’re doing in the moment.

  • Why we need to change the way we think of breathwork:

Stop thinking of breathwork and meditation as a task on a daily to-do list and start thinking of it as an act of self-love. When we make this shift, we start focusing because we want to, not because we feel like we have to.

Nov 10, 2020

With everything that’s happened over the past year, a lot of people have been living their lives in fear.

However, the fear we’re experiencing en-masse isn’t limited to concerns of contracting a virus. People are also worried about how they’ll be viewed by mainstream society, or worse, potentially losing their livelihoods if they step out of line.

Where does this fear stem from, and what is the purpose of it? Does experiencing fear mean we’re reluctant to awaken, or is there more to our collective anxiety?

In this episode, host of The Leak Project, Rex Bear shares his thoughts on the current state of fear.

When you're in fear, you can be manipulated more easily. -Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  • Why fear affects everyone- even those who want to awaken:

No matter how much time we devote to developing our consciousness, we will be fearful for as long as we’re bombarded with negative information. Mainstream media and society are geared towards scaring us, and resisting that can be easier said than done.

  • How fear opens us up to abuse:

Angst is a great mechanism of control because when we’re fearful, we’re easier to manipulate. Being afraid makes us less likely to step out of line or question the powers that be.

  • Who is behind the widespread unease:

When we hear of “fallen angels”, many of us think of etheric beings stuck in the 3rd dimension, but the reality might be more concerning. For all we know, fallen angels could be inhabiting the physical bodies at the helm of fear-mongering corporations and organizations.

Many of us may think we’re at the edge of biohacking, but if we aren’t putting enough focus on our sleep, we’re missing a vital step.

No matter how dialed-in we are to optimization, a lack of quality sleep will always hold us back from our full potential. Sleep is something worth investing in, so why are we still spending our nights on basic and unsophisticated mattresses?

The mattress has been the same for 2000 years, it’s time to modernize it. We’re surrounded by technology in almost every aspect of our lives, so it only makes sense to incorporate it into our rest routines. How can we leverage technology to improve our sleep performance?

In this episode, CEO of Eight Sleep, Matteo Franceschetti shares how the Eight Sleep mattress helps us optimize our sleep.

You can improve your sleep by being consistent in your times. Waking up early during the week and late on weekends only confuses the body. -Matteo Franceschetti

Three Takeaways

  • How temperature affects our sleep:

Temperature is one of the biggest factors impacting our sleep, and it changes as we go through the stages of drifting off, going into REM, and later waking up. Eight Sleep assists this process by helping our bodies move into those temperature changes faster.

  • How to wake up more refreshed:

It’s difficult to feel ready for the day when we’re waking up to a screaming alarm clock. The Eight Sleep mattress helps us wake up more gradually by slowly increasing temperature in the last few hours of our sleep, and vibrating softly when it’s time to get up.

  • What makes Eight Sleep more effective than a wearable sleep tracker:

On top of being uncomfortable, wearables require charging to give us an accurate reading. By installing an Eight Sleep mattress, we don’t have to worry about charging a device. All we need to do is go to bed.
