Living in today’s highly toxic and disconnected world is taking a toll on our society. What does it take to reverse some of these issues? What are the key components of health we all need to pay attention to? Why is it so important to find our mission and purpose in life? On this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Jim Meehan and Dr. Jim Nichols to go deep on optimization, spirituality, and finding meaning in life.
I see a lot of things in life as spiritual warfare. We’re constantly under attack. -Dr. Jim Meehan
Three Takeaways
At the start of the show, Jim shared what he learned from a recent conference about peptides. Next, we talked about the discipline it takes to stay optimized and how food addiction is hurting us. Jim and Keith also shared some powerful spiritual experiences they’ve had.
We also discussed:
For so many of us, our health struggles are just the manifestation of our disconnection, toxicity, and how we feel about ourselves. For us to change that, we have to be highly disciplined and focused. It’s necessary to make a conscious decision about what you put in your body, and to submit to something bigger than yourself. What we really need is a foundation to fight the toxicity. If we stop being selfish and taking responsibility for our actions, we’ll start to heal.
