We are creating a species of men who are suboptimal, high estrogen and inactive. How do we overcome this and get them optimized? How are so many men being held back from being their best? What are the benefits of being optimized? On this episode, Ali Gilbert shares on her work, and gives insights on the present state of hormonal optimization.

You cannot avoid the endocrine disruption, especially if you’re living in a place with a population, industrialization and commercialization. - Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  1. A huge amount of global testosterone prescriptions are AndroGel, but it doesn’t work
  2. Ipamorelin is the best GHRP for women. It does amazing things for body composition.
  3. Alcohol is similar to protein in that it has a high thermic effect.

At the start of the show, Ali shared how she got started and her process of working with someone. Next, we talked about how we’re experiencing endocrine disruption at a high level, how to stay healthy while you travel, and the importance of planning ahead. We also talked about how the growth hormone is bad, and why it’s so important to be proactive. Towards the end of the show, we talked about why there’s no such thing as natural TRT production.

Ali also spoke about;

  • Why ipamorelin is so great for women
  • Why Androgel is bad
  • The future of TRT
  • What it’s like being a woman in the industry

Optimizing your hormones is going to lead to better health, it will keep you free from the diseases of aging, and it will lower your inflammatory markers.  Trainers do everything to help people through nutrition, but if you’re still experiencing symptoms and a lack of results, obviously there’s a biochemical factor there. Being able to partner with a professional that can help in any way is massive. If you still have doubts, ask yourself if you want to feel good or great.

Doing ballistic compound movements is going to cause catastrophic damage. How can you reach your fitness goals without doing damage to your body? How can you make sure you attain functional strength, flexibility and elasticity? What risks are people putting themselves at when they exercise the wrong way? On this episode, Dr. John Rusin talks about how he is reverse engineering orthopedic-based health and preventing injury.

It’s really hard to get somebody healthy when they are already broken. - Dr. John Rusin

Takeaways + Tactics

  1. Putting load and doing excessive lifts with a body foundation built on a house of cards, won’t line up for most people’s long-term goals.
  2. You should be able to get a goal you are able to sustain.
  3. Intelligence is not the barometer of success, it always comes down to whether you want to.

At the start of the show, John shared how he got started and how he met his wife. He also shared the goal of his work, which is spearheading injury prevention before people get hurt badly. We also discussed injury prevention, smart pain-free training strategies for lifters, functional hypertrophy, and the entrepreneurial mindset. Towards the end of the show, we discussed the importance of being of service and paying it forward.

John also shared insights on;

  • How people get chronic or traumatic injuries
  • How trainers aren’t matching training with what people can do
  • The dangers of ego and momentum
  • Physical practices that protect you for the rest of your life

The biggest opportunity for people to live well into their 50s and 60s is to try to spearhead stuff in their 20s and 30s. It’s important to spearhead this stuff before you get a catastrophic industry and you do this by cutting out the need for short-term ego boosts and focusing more on long-term goals and longevity. If you want to be physically autonomous, it’s all about injury prevention and choosing a workout plan that doesn’t threaten this.

95% of humanity is blocked by environment, diet or habits. Who is in control of this state of affairs? What is the role of the anunnaki in what’s happening in the world? How do we stay on our own spiritual paths? On this episode, we are joined by Gerald Clark who goes into detail on these topics and also shares his interesting life story.

Humans are sensitive to their environment, possibly from an energetic standpoint. -Gerald Clark

Three Takeaways

  1. What the dominating culture believes is truth, and what everyone else believes in is “myth”.
  2. Species don’t change characteristics, just based on a mutation in the combination of genetics, it can also happen based on environment.
  3. A Vatican banking system is running the world.

At the start of the show, Gerald shared his story and how he got to where he is. He also shared how his interest in the origins of mankind came about, and what he has learned about the changes that can happen to the species. We also spoke about the intelligence all people have, the state of the world, the story of who we are as a species and who really runs the world.

Gerald also spoke about;

  • How he got into structural integration
  • How the anunnaki run the world
  • The Jesuits and their effect on our world
  • His movie and how he’s getting it together
  • How to untether yourself from the system

Humanity is being controlled through the economic system, and it isn’t by accident. The old dominion forces have been running the planet by keeping us dumbed down. Until we untether ourselves from being an asset of the system, we’ll remain enslaved. We shouldn’t be discouraged by the state of the world, because there’s always going to be creation and destruction happening simultaneously. There is hope for us if we stay on our spiritual paths.

The average guy today doesn’t know what’s ailing him. Why is the current medical industry upholding this state of affairs, and actually making it worse? Why are pharmaceutical companies the devil’s stepchild? What are the rarely discussed effects exercise can have on our bodies? On this episode, Dr James Dickie shares his expertise on endocrinology intervention, and the 5 biggest myths of aging and hormone replacement.

It’s not the stress that’s killing you, it’s the way your body responds to the stress that’s killing you. -Dr. James Dickie

Takeaways

  1. By the time you’re 30, your body is no longer equipped to respond to exercise correctly, unless you’re doing something to deal with it.
  2. You are what you can absorb, digest and assimilate.
  3. You’re already dependent on your hormones, you’re just in withdrawal.
  4. Inflammation is the enemy.

At the start of the show, James shared how he got started, and why it’s important for doctors to be willing to learn from their patients. He also spoke about the role pharmaceutical companies have in the current state of health care. “They are probably the devil’s step child, they run the medical industry and there’s no profit in testosterone, why would they teach doctors to prescribe it?” We then started to talk about the 5 myths of aging and hormones, which covered topics including exercise and diet, “if you are what you eat, you’re loaded with toxins.”  Towards the end of the show, we discussed why you can’t adapt and grow until you adapt to stress.

James also spoke about;

  • Why doctors are so bad with hormonal treatment
  • Why natural testosterone production is a myth
  • Whether obesity is a mental illness
  • Why we need stress

The modern healthcare system in America prolongs the process of dying. Considering that we live on a toxic planet, what we really need are doctors who can be the front line against these health problems. The truth is, you can’t eat clean enough and you have to know how to detox. It’s either you optimize your hormones, and depend on them in a positive way, or you become dependent on prescription drugs. Doing things the right way keeps you healthy, optimized and balanced. Find yourself a doctor who doesn’t have a lab coat God complex, have the right attitude to exercise, and remember eating right is just one small part of being optimized.

Most people die at age 25 but don’t get buried till they are 75. How do you make sure you’re making the most of your life, and building the foundation for a stronger mindset? Why is family at the center of success in everything else? How do you embrace the pain and get your head in the game? On this episode, Mike Hardy shares on his rituals and what it took to get through Iron Man.

It all starts with being a quality individual and pursuing excellence, and having that spill into the family and the workplace. -Mike Hardy

Three Takeaways

  1. Make a conscious, healthy decision in a clear moment so you’re not emotionally swayed in a weak moment.
  2. At the point where  we think we’re done physically, we’re actually only at a third of our true capacity.
  3. People are losing their critical thinking skills, because they never take the time to focus on anything.

At the start of the show, we talked about Mike’s achievements and why all good things start with a healthy family and partnership. He also shared on the importance of carving out time as a couple, and he shared how he played a game of mental preparation from start to finish for Iron Man. Mike also talked about how he got into creating videos, and the effects social media has on our critical thinking.

Mike also shared insights on;

  • Achieving holistic growth and wealth
  • How he prepped for Iron Man
  • Mental fatigue vs. physiological fatigue
  • The importance of reading

Social media is training us to regurgitate and forget, and it’s taking away from how important it is to have a critical thought process. In a world full of interruptions and disruptions, we have to be ruthlessly committed to whatever moves us forward daily. Put effort into the foundation of your family, health, knowledge and career. It will be the difference between drifting and moving in a healthy direction.

What can millennials do to overcome the crisis they currently exist in? Why is sweat equity so powerful? Why do you need to throw away your TV? On this episode, Lloyd, founder of Business & Bullets, shares on overcoming health challenges early in life, staying driven, dropping the scarcity mindset and being optimized under 30.

TRT is becoming your suit of armor in a hostile environment that wants you androgynous. -Lloyd

Takeaways

  1. When your estrogen goes high, testosterone goes in the opposite direction.
  2. If it’s not worth putting in the time, how valuable can it really be to you?
  3. Obesity is walking around with weight strapped to your body that you do not need.
  4. Anyone who says testosterone might not work has never been on it.

At the start of the show, Lloyd shared on overcoming health challenges early in his life and how he feels being on TRT. He shared on why it’s unnatural to be obese, and how millennials can overcome the crisis of modern living. We also discussed the connection between neuroplasticity and hormonal decline, and towards the end of the show, we talked a bit about religion.

Lloyd also shared on;

  • The importance of getting your blood work done
  • The power of improving your own cognition
  • The problem with the TRT conversation doctors are having
  • Getting out of the scarcity mindset

Success in health is the product of hard work, consistency of effort and clean eating, and TIME. There is no shortcut to it, and we make success harder when we believe things come easy. Anytime you try to take the sweat equity out of something, it’s not worth earning. Remember the gift is in the struggle. If you want to win with your health, the first step is getting your blood work done so you can empower yourself and take the necessary steps to be optimized. Do this, and the next 20 years of your life will put the first 20 to shame.

Today’s youth is taking longer and longer to become viable human beings. What is causing this phenomenon? What does it have to do with the greater occurrences in our society? How do Eastern cultures differ from the West? On this episode, Nabeel Azeez shares on these topics and his insight into how we can become healthier and anti-fragile as we face the future.

When times are harder and people value work ethic and waking up and putting in a day’s effort, great things come about. -Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  1. The weaker the population is, the easier they are to mass control.
  2. The Western culture of junk food and fast food has filtered through to parts of the world that would otherwise be healthy.
  3. The instant gratification culture we’re living in has led to people not being trained to power through difficult things.

At the start of the show, Nabeel shared how Eastern societies are still dealing with issues like high sugar consumption, and the connection between the opulent lifestyle and bad health habits. We also discussed how Western culture is in decline, and the phenomenon of kids who are very smart, but not motivated to contribute to society. Nabeel also shared on how science is engineering dependents and why. Towards the end of the show we talked about body building.

Nabeel also shared insights on;

  • The effect of plastics on hormonal health
  • How the wealthy are at risk
  • Fasting and how it aids in focus and health

The instant gratification culture has negatively impacted our health, and the drive to be a strong contributing member of society. This is becoming a global issue as more and more people adopt American culture. What does this mean for our society? It means there will be a correction that will ultimately make us better, but it will get worse before it gets better. When we start valuing hard work and dedication, ingenuity, knowledge transfer, and other great things will happen in our culture.

Most people don’t have a systematic approach to their health. What is the danger of trying to take a short-term approach or not putting enough thought into it? Why is it so necessary to have a vision and a system in place? On this episode, Alexander Juan Antonio Cortes is back to talk more about health practices and the misconceptions we have about fitness.

Just because you don’t know what’s coming in the future, doesn’t mean you can’t impact it. -Alexander Juan Antonio Cortes

Three Takeaways

  1. If you put a person on a deadlift, push-press and squat routine, 3 times a week, there would be less need for hospitals.
  2. Health Care is predicated on the idea that people are sick and they are going to stay sick.
  3. If you don’t have a vision for something, how do you expect anything to happen intentionally?

At the start of the show, we talked about Alexander’s recent challenges and the power of taking ownership of your mistakes. Next, we talked about why it’s such a mistake to neglect your health, or try to take a shortcut with it. As we were winding down, we talked about why doctors aren’t prescribing TRT and why they need to.

We also discussed;

  • The importance of a systematic approach to health
  • Why you need to have a vision for your life
  • What women are getting wrong about exercise
  • Why you shouldn’t underrate protein

With everything that comes with modern living, you just can’t escape the chemical assault. The mistake we make, is trying to take shortcuts with our health, but all the parts of life we neglect, will catch up to us in a crisis. People don’t concern themselves with their health, till they don’t have their health. The truth is, health requires as much discipline, and structure as your work does. Ultimately being healthy rests on the shoulders of the individual, and how much they want to make the best of their lives.

An alpha male is someone who is a protector, male or female. Why has society made it wrong to be an alpha? Do you know how to protect yourself and your family if you get into a dangerous situation? On this episode, Krav Maga expert, Marcus Torgerson talks about the way modern day society has changed, the lack of real male role models in the world today and how to solve the problem.

I am trying to redefine what alpha means to me. It means I am going to protect my friends, my family and those that are not able to protect themselves by whatever legal means necessary. –Marcus Torgerson

Three Takeaways

  1. Alphas are construed as the bad guy in modern society and the media have made it frowned upon to be one in recent years.
  2. There will always be predators and predators will always sniff out the weakest link.
  3. Every person on the planet can do Krav Maga, whether you are able bodied or disabled.

We began this episode by discussing just what an alpha is and how it can be a man or a woman. We talked about how males have changed since World War 2 and how the media portray alpha males nowadays. Marcus went on to talk about his experiences in school yard fights and all the things he learnt from scrapping with other kids and how you never truly know the real you until you have been punched in the face. We finished off by talking about Krav Maga and the ways it can help you in a dangerous situation.

We also discussed;

  •      Confidence issues of modern men.
  •      The importance of strong male role models in societies.
  • How the internet has helped martial arts but also the problems it has raised.

Over the past 60 years, men have gone from being alpha heroes to sitting in their basement playing video games. Most people have lost that confidence now and are either too afraid or not even wired properly to offer help or to stand up to someone in pressure situations. You need to get out there and learn something that might save your life one day and build your confidence. Krav Maga is the perfect form of self defence. Anyone can do it, and it’s battle tested.

Obesity is an epidemic, and food is the most dangerous drug in the world. A lot has been written about the best ways to lose weight, but are you eating the right foods? Is your mind in the right place? Do you have the right trainer? On this episode, we speak to Curtis Fisher who lost 170lbs and turned his life around by using simple techniques that you can apply to your life as well.

Getting your blood work is as important as any lifestyle change you’re going to do, because you don’t know what you’re deficient in until you know. –Curtis Fisher

Three Takeaways

  1. Getting a good coach and getting someone who knows what they’re doing on the way down saves you so many problems once you are there.
  2. Don’t get trapped in the scale. The scale is a fat person’s tool; it is not a fit person’s tool.
  3. It’s about taking accountability and being accountable for how many calories you eat.

At the start of the show Curtis Fisher shared on his early relationship with food, and the health scare that he had which kick-started his weight loss journey. Curtis then went on to talk about the psychology behind losing the weight, and how losing weight won’t get rid of the demons in your head. Curtis went on to share his top tips for losing the weight and keeping it off. Later in the show we discussed the importance of getting your blood work done, and how TRT can help you in your battle against obesity. We finished off by discussing the importance of having a trainer who really knows what they’re doing and the gains you can see by implementing these things.

Curtis also shared insights on;

  • The psychology behind weight loss
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder
  • The need to take accountability for what you are putting into your body
  • The pros and cons of losing the weight
  • The top tips for losing weight and keeping it off
  • The importance of finding the right trainer

You must start taking accountability for what you are putting into your body by using things like calorie counter apps. Once you start doing this, along with exercise, you begin to see massive gains in your aims. If you are obese, your bloods are most likely going to be all over the place, so getting your blood work done, and using therapies such as TRT can be of massive help for when you are trying to lose the weight and keep it off. If you have a bad trainer you could spend 50 years going to the gym, doing the same things and see no improvement. Training is an art form, and you need to find a trainer who understands that there is a scientific process and application to it.

Guest Bio

Curtis Fisher is 43-year-old attorney from Ohio. He has battled obesity most of his life and has literally turned himself completely around. For most of his adult life he weighed over 300lbs before a health scare made him reassess his life and take accountability for what he was putting into his body.

The state of being natural is being poisoned at the moment. Is it possible to come off testosterone at some point in your life? What is the holy trinity of TRT? What is the process of getting onto TRT in the UK, and how can people be connected to the progressive doctors they need? On this episode, Michael Kocsis goes deep on this information, and he shares his insights on the loss of masculinity we are seeing in today’s men.

You have to go on TRT until there’s some sort of therapy that switches the genes to be more resilient to these chemical assaults. -Michael Kocsis

Takeaways

  1. You don’t introduce aromatase inhibitors unless there’s an actual medical need for them.
  2. HCG, AIs and testosterone are the holy trinity of TRT. All three of these medications are going to be used at some point overtime, since you’re doing the treatment for life.
  3. Medicine, especially endocrinology is very conservative.
  4. In the UK, the NHS turns men down for TRT for being between 250 and 300.

At the start of the show, Michael shared how he got started and the difference between TRT in the States and the UK. He talked about the use of glass ampoules and the other characteristics of getting treatment. Next, we talked about the use of AIs, and why it should only be done when it’s needed. “We’re all biochemically unique and over time things do change.” Towards the end of the show, we spoke about how Michael’s team helps people and how their services work.

Michael also shared insights on;

  • The use of HCG and who should be on it
  • Socialized medicine in the UK
  • The true source of the concept of cycling
  • Prescribing testosterone to men under 30

What stops many men from empowering and optimizing themselves with TRT is prioritization, but you can’t put a price on your health. TRT is the only way to combat all the chemical assaults our bodies have to endure - until there’s a way for our genes to be more resilient. There’s nothing wrong with optimizing your hormones. It’s legal, it’s affordable and if you find a physician who knows what they’re doing, this is the only action to maintaining your masculinity. What you can do right now is take care of your health, get your blood work done and figure out if you have a deficiency. If you have it, there’s nothing to wait for!

When addiction centers fail to treat the metabolism of addicts, they get repeat business. How is the addiction treatment protocol changing with TRT? When will the medical industry begin to recognize the benefits of TRT? How will community supported healthcare and wellness make doctors insignificant? On this episode, Russ Scala is back to talk about addiction, weight loss and the current state of medicine.

When we want to grow new brain tissue, we give someone testosterone. -Russ Scala

Takeaways

  1. If you have low-circulating dopamine levels, you are more susceptible to addiction.
  2. One area addiction treatment isn’t paying attention to is the opiate bowel.
  3. 95% of men who present with a deficiency in testosterone won’t get the treatment they need from doctors.
  4. The community is doing a lot more to help people attain and maintain health than doctors.

At the start of the show, Russ shared on the work he’s doing including biochemical individuality, and his interest in the aging workforce. Next, we talked about the current model of healthcare and how competition will shift it towards preventative healthcare and wellness. We also talked about an LA times article about the struggle many Americans are having with obesity. We went on to talk about the many benefits of TRT and testosterone as rehab in the HPA axis. Towards the end of the show, we shared on how testosterone protects the brain.

Russ also shared insights on;

  • Why we need addiction treatment protocols designed for metabolism
  • The warrior gene and its connection to addiction
  • Opiate induced neuroplasticity
  • Why addicts have with muscle waste
  • Why doctors will become insignificant

As medicine remains bogged down in Pharma-controlled, backward practices that aren’t helping people, the community is going to step up and help people get better, not doctors. People are going to continue to crowdsource their health solutions to tribes that are already adhered to a practice, and people who have the foundational principles and real world quantifiable results. This can change the game for addicts, testosterone deficient men and other people who aren’t being served well by the doctors who are meant to help them.

Society is over-medicated and wrongly medicated. Factors like fast foods and too much sugar are causing physical, hormonal and emotional problems. Why are doctors prescribing the wrong medications? Why do people keep putting poison in their body in the hope that it will help? In this episode Dr Aaron Grossman discusses 10 factors relating to TRT, spirituality and how it can help you more than any pill you could get from your doctor.

Health is a spiritual process. If you look at every single culture, the perfection of the human temple is perfect health. – Dr Aaron Grossman

Three Takeaways

  1. Changing your diet and getting more in touch with your spirituality can boost the results of TRT.
  2. TRT is for life. Your natural production of testosterone is broken and isn’t coming back.
  3. Doctors don’t want to upset the status quo. They will keep prescribing the same medications and big pharmaceutical companies will keep making money off of it.

At the start of the show, we discussed fatty liver disease and its prevalence within society nowadays. Statistics show if you are overweight there is an 80% chance that you have fatty liver disease. Next we discussed thyroid issues; what your physician should be checking, the problems with synthetic medications and how testosterone ties into this. We then moved on to talk about SSRIs, mental health issues and the misdiagnosis and over-medication of society.  Towards the end of the show, we talked about what to expect when starting a course of TRT and what you should be asking your doctor.

We also discussed:

  • The environmental factors affecting hormones
  • The problems facing military personnel
  • The costs and inefficiencies of the current healthcare system
  • The spiritual processes of healing and how meditation can help

You have to take it upon yourself to break away from the treatment plans that are currently being used by healthcare professionals. It’s important to find yourself a progressive healthcare professional who understands that getting your blood work done regularly is important. You need someone who can do a lot more than writing a prescription for a pain killer or a mood enhancer. Testosterone is a supplement and it does not work the same way for everyone. Your course of TRT must be tailored for your body specifically and you need to find a doctor that understands those needs and intricacies.

The body heals itself naturally and this ability can be harnessed. What is PRP and how does it aid in skin regeneration and hair regrowth? How is it used to enhance sexual function in both men and women? On this episode, Allison Woodworth is back on the show to talk about her new cutting edge services, vampire treatments and other exciting developments.

You want to look like the best version of yourself, not like someone else. -Allison Woodward

Three Takeaways

  1. Wherever you put PRP it forms a matrix which acts as scaffolding for tissue to grow around.
  2. You want to use botox to stop fine lines becoming wrinkles and do so as soon as you notice the lines.
  3. If you get too hyper critical about your looks, everything starts to look wrong to you.

At the start of the show Allison shared what she’s been working on and gave an overview of PRP and how it is used. “PRP harnesses the body’s ability to heal itself.” Next she shared on HRT and why injectables are the most effective delivery system. We also talked about the right age for getting botox and fillers, as well as the importance of being comfortable in your skin and applying the right attitude to aesthetic enhancements.

Allison also shared insights on;

  • How PRP compares to hair plugs
  • The vampire facelift and how it works
  • The factors that contribute to skin aging
  • The difference between fine lines and expression lines
  • O-shots, P-shots and the use of PRP for improved sexual function

The body is meant to heal itself naturally, and PRP is based on that premise. By isolating and extracting Platelet Rich Plasma from your blood, it’s possible to stimulate growth factors and tissue regeneration. This cutting edge treatment can help people in many areas of their lives, and the ultimate benefit is that it’s natural and utilizes your own body’s growth factors. The goal with these treatments isn’t to change who you are, but to make you look and feel fresh - and make you the best version of yourself.

When it comes to dispensing wisdom and knowledge about TRT, the average doctor is clueless. What is the state of TRT across the world? How can people gain access to knowledgeable doctors and the best treatment products in Europe? On this episode Daniel Kelly shares his experience of getting TRT in the UK, the questions you should ask doctors, and the best TRT products in his experience.

Most progressive socialized medical systems do not support men on testosterone. -Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  1. Transdermals, gels and creams are inconvenient. They create an uneven release pattern in the bloodstream and cause spikes.
  2. When you inject TRT, your goal should be to mimic the frequency of your body’s pituitary gland secretion - it has to be stable.
  3. If you’re injecting TRT at the wrong frequency, you’re actually going to end up worse off than when you started.

At the start of the show, we discussed the state of TRT services in other parts of the world, and how the biggest issue is the lack of knowledge on the part of doctors and the medical industry in general. Next we shared on how to find the right doctor. “If you want to save yourself time, money and energy go to a private doctor who knows what he’s doing.” We also discussed TRT delivery systems and how to get the most stable release pattern. Towards the end of the show, we talked about the different products as well as a recent article about the low-testosterone epidemic.

We also discussed:

  • How low testosterone is leading to the destruction of masculinity
  • Treatment options for people in the UK
  • Questions you should be asking doctors
  • Why the US is a TRT friendly market

Your health is worth more than any money you could have, and TRT is a worthy path to take. It has the ability to completely transform your health and quality of life. There’s no shortcut to educating yourself, so the first step is arming yourself with knowledge about the treatment and then working with a competitive, progressive physician who knows what they’re talking about. The reason you want testosterone in the first place is to feel good, so it’s also necessary to inject it right. In this day and age, men are facing an unprecedented attack on their testosterone levels. TRT is at the front line of overcoming the epidemic.

Everyone is obsessed with easy quick fixes when it comes to health, nutrition and lifestyle. How does this crush creativity, and stop us from attracting the right people, opportunities and our best lives? On this episode, Project LeanNation, founder Tim Doughtery goes deep on the abundance mindset, morning routines, being a good steward with your resources and what it takes to get healthy and feel great.

If I pursue excellence in everything I do and give my best, the world is going to connect me with every resource I need to fulfill my mission. -Tim Doughtery

Three Takeaways

  1. When people, things or processes aren’t aligned to you, you have to have the awareness to push them away from your life.
  2. The abundance mindset is a discipline that has to be nurtured and worked on actively.
  3. Morning routine: you have to take the time to get internally focused and practice mindfulness.

At the start of the show, we shared how like energy attracts like energy, and why it’s important to have the awareness to let go of things that aren’t serving you. “Spiritually enlightened people, or people on that path tend to attract the right people.” Next we talked about the importance of getting internally focused in the morning and dialing your nutrition in. Towards the end of the show, Tim shared on the business and his mindset about entrepreneurship.

Tim also shared insights on:

  • Dialing in your relationship with food
  • Why the abundance mindset is a discipline
  • How financial fear crushes creativity
  • The importance of building internal resonation into your daily schedule
  • The power of feeling rich without money

When it comes to getting mentally, emotionally and physically optimized and dialing in your health, nothing threatens your success more than a scarcity mindset. Living in fear crushes creativity. Being a good steward and putting out positive energy means you attract like energy and become fruitful in your pursuit of excellence. Awareness, education and being internally focused provide fuel for the fire.

We’re in a culture of pure materialism overwhelm. It’s preventing us from living in the moment, and listening to our bodies. Are we being taken away from our true purpose? Is ego really the enemy of enlightenment? On this episode, Jay Bradley goes deep on recharging your spiritual batteries, and proactive maneuvers and procedures to help you look better and feel younger.

Listen to your body, it’s talking to you all the time. -Jay Bradley

Three Takeaways

  1. We wear the mask of ego to compensate for the lack of love and trust of self.
  2. If you just hop into your day you’re likely to attract negativity and stressful situations.
  3. Hormonal optimization is the antithesis of medicine because medicine can’t make money on it. It’s a direct threat to the established medical model

At the start of the show, Jay shared how his life experiences led him to helping people, and we also talked about the materialism overwhelm that our society is currently dealing with. We also shared on the importance of listening to your body, “it’s talking to us all the time, a headache isn’t just a headache, it’s what’s happening in that chakra area as well.” Next we shared on Reiki and hands on healing. “If you look at energy there’s no such thing as distance, we’re all connected.” We also shared on what has caused the lack of belief in a source power, and the power of embracing our egos and loving those shadow parts of ourselves. Towards the end of the show we discussed ketogenic dieting and the power of hormonal optimization.

Jay also shared insights on:

  • How to clear negative energy by connecting to universal energy
  • The power of having a good morning routine
  • Why people wear the mask of ego
  • The biggest issue men have and how it’s sabotaging our success
  • Getting focused energy without screwing with your adrenals
  • Why you don’t need as much protein as you think you do
  • The benefits of fasting at the cellular level

Our bodies are made of energy. Anything that takes away from us listening to them, isn’t good for us. Additionally, anything that alters the brain chemistry that’s non-natural, in the long-term, cannot be healthy. Thoughts become things, so a quiet mind is the key to paying attention to your inner messaging and applying your intuition. Ego isn’t always the enemy, we need to embrace it and control it by recognizing when it makes us feel more than or less than. Learning to be vulnerable is the path to overcoming the perils of ego.

People are concerned about blood getting too thick on TRT. The good news is, new data has proven this isn’t the case! Why is it actually normal to have a hemoglobin level of 21? What other conditions is Polycythemia common in? What is the medical industry getting wrong about Polycythemia and TRT? On this episode, Dr. John Crisler talks about the importance of ferritin, tracking RDW and the falsehoods of testosterone replacement therapy.

You don’t want to limit your blood by limiting your iron, because ferritin does a lot more for us than just carry iron for blood. -Dr. John Crisler

Three Takeaways

  1. It’s generally thought that testosterone shots have a higher risk of thickened blood than creams and gels.
  2. Bloodletting lowers ferritin levels. Ferritin is important because it stores iron and is important in many other body functions.
  3. Breaking the relationship between the FDA and Big Pharma would be a good start for the new administration.

At the start of the show, Dr. John shared the new data about Polycythemia and why it’s good news for people concerned about their blood getting too thick on TRT. He also talked about other conditions where Polycythemia can occur, and how altitude can increase your hemoglobin without posing health risks. He shared on the mindsets that are informing the medical industry’s attitude on TRT, and falsehoods about the treatment that aren’t helped by the healthcare model.

Dr. John also shared insights on:

  • Erythrocytosis vs. Polycythemia
  • How people confuse Polycythemia and Polycythemia Vera
  • The causes of a rise in platelets
  • The health risks of bloodletting
  • Why it’s important to track RDW
  • TRT delivery systems and which one is more like to make blood thicker
  • Synthetic drugs and their role in increased heart attacks and strokes
  • How the internet has given us power over personalized healthcare

When blood becomes thicker it carries more oxygen, and this was always thought to be a risk for people on TRT. With recent studies showing there’s no risk for this, men won’t need phlebotomies or bloodletting. This means you avoid the risk of lowering your ferritin levels. It’s also important for doctors to track other metrics aside from Polycythemia to get a clearer picture of what’s in your blood, and how at risk you are for strokes and heart attacks.

Our bodies weren’t made to carry a lot of fat. Bad food, environmental toxicity and lack of activity contribute to weight gain. What is the mindset of the journey from morbidly obese to fit? How do our egos hinder us from becoming optimized and staying that way? On this episode Mark Hamade shares his insights on health, weight loss and meditation.

Every person is good at something. Channel that greatness and apply the same level of pride to losing weight. -Mark Hamade

Three Takeaways

  1. Don’t be arrogant and assume that you can’t lose your health. The minute you start thinking you’re invincible, is the minute it can all go away.
  2. In this hyper-connected world, nothing is truly as urgent as we think. Arrogance and immaturity make us focus on the wrong things.
  3. A lot of people are addicted to the applause of losing weight. When they’ve attained it - they tend to gain it again to restart that process.

At the start of the show, Mark gave us a few details about his life, and the journey he took to take control of his health. He also talked about the impact of weight gain, and how it can easily destroy you. “Nobody likes to be fat, if they say they do, they’re lying.” Mark also shared the importance of focusing on being your best, not on being like someone else. Towards the end of the show we discussed meditation and mindfulness. “You have to be able to draw into yourself and focus on the stillness and silence.” We also talked about the struggle of weight loss. “When you're losing the weight everyone is on your side, but at the pinnacle, it gets harder.”

Mark also shared insights on:

  • Why more people are dying because of lifestyle habits, not serious illness
  • Channeling the greatness of your talents towards weight loss
  • Why genetics are a huge determinant of your body’s response to carbs
  • The actions and activities you can commit to to stay healthy
  • The false urgency created by technology and modern living
  • Why you need to respect sugar and weight gain

Ego is the enemy. When it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, we underestimate the effects of sugar, soda and other unhealthy foods; and we overestimate our ability to lose weight over and over again. The process of becoming healthy is lengthy and hard; and it requires discipline, willpower and long-term consistency for it to be successful. Focus on being the best you can be. Consider what your body would look like at its best, and work towards that.

Our bodies are under siege. From toxic foods to adrenal fatigue, how do we overcome the barrage of stress attacking our immune systems? What do we nourish ourselves with to counteract the negative stuff and gain longevity? On this episode, we talk to Benjamin Brown about health, nutrition and his career, which includes consulting for the Golden State Warriors.

You have to start putting your lifestyle together in a way that mitigates the amount of stress your body is perceiving. -Jay Campbell

Three Takeaways

  1. Our immune systems are housed in our guts, and our guts are responsible for many important functions. Things like shady food, stress and environmental toxicity threaten it.
  2. For professional athletes, excellent nutrition is important because it determines their performance on the field/track/court, but also the longevity of their careers.
  3. Anecdotal evidence is important in understanding health, so what you learn from the experience of helping clients matters.

At the start of the show Benjamin Brown, told us about his career and how he got started. He also talked about the importance of living a lifestyle that mitigates stress. We also exchanged ideas about Far Eastern Medicine, and the importance of using herbs to supplement health. He went on to share about his supplement company, and the consulting work he does with the Golden State Warriors.

Benjamin also shared insights on:

  • The importance of having good gut biomes and maintaining gut integrity
  • Essential amino-acid powders
  • The path to longevity for professional athletes
  • Far Eastern Medicine and the importance of embracing the mind and its power
  • The herbs you need to live an optimal life

The biggest question when it comes to being optimal is “how serious are you willing to be?” Throughout our days, our body are perceiving stress- digestive, nutritional or emotional. What can we do to modulate these disruptors, and take that extra step towards our best selves? Identify what’s holding you back from success, commit to manageable changes and work on improving every single day.

Gynecomastia is a global epidemic, and some men go for decades suffering with the issue. What are the variations of the condition, what are the intricacies of gynecomastia surgery? How does it help people get their lives back? On this episode, Dr. Joseph Cruise goes deep on treating gynecomastia, and his aim to help more men overcome it.

There’s a symbiosis between fat and skin. If you don’t get it right you leave a patient with irregularities. -Dr. Joseph Cruise

Three Takeaways

  1. In your 20s, your tight skin holds glandular tissue to your chest. In your 30s and 40s, your skin starts to give way, so existing gynecomastia will start to show.
  2. Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs) don’t just work on your breast, they also go into your bloodstream. With surgery, gynecomastia is removed without side effects.
  3. A surgeon has to understand the symbiosis between fat and skin, and get rid of the glandular tissue while still leaving the good stuff behind.

At the start of the show, Dr. Joseph Cruise talked about his background and work in gynecomastia. He also shared why the surgery is so powerful, and instrumental in changing the lives of patients. Next, we talked about whether anti-estrogens are the right solution for the condition. Dr. Cruise also gave a guide for finding a surgeon with the right skills, and knowledge of the anatomy of the area. Towards the end of the show, we discussed the regenerative capabilities of TRT, and why more men will likely end up needing the treatment.

Dr. Cruise also shared on:

  • The aesthetic and emotional concerns of gynecomastia
  • The effects of using AIs and why surgery is the best solution for gynecomastia
  • Why you need a progressive physician and not grey market steroids if you want to do TRT
  • Hypogonadism in young men and their struggle to get treatment
  • How gynecomastia differs from decade to decade as men age

Gynecomastia is the only procedure in surgery that combines intense emotional concerns with aesthetic ones. The surgical procedure that takes care of it has no side-effects, making it a far better solution over Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs). The wrong surgeon will leave you with irregularities. The key is putting yourself in the hands of a surgeon who knows how to get enough tissue out of the capsule, and has the aesthetic skills to rebuild the breast well. If you have the issue, your best bet is finding a surgeon with many of these procedures under their belt.

Why is iron responsible for so many diseases and health problems in men? What habits and factors make it hard for people to attain health and excellent physique? On this episode, Dennis Mangan goes deep on his book Dumping Iron, the dangers of excess body iron, and how to stay in the best shape and health in your 50s.

The person who wants to stay in good health as they get older needs to put forth the effort to do things that are going to help them. - Dennis Mangan

Three Takeaways

  1. Blood donation is the easiest and fastest way for men to get rid of excess iron.
  2. Having good cardiovascular conditioning is an important determinant of health, but it’s incomplete without strength training.
  3. If you want to lose weight in your 50s try intermittent fasting. Have a cup of coffee for breakfast, eat at noon and avoid carbs, especially after 6pm.

At the start of the show Dennis gave us a background of his career, his research in chronic fatigue and how Rogue Health & Fitness got started. We also talked about the current medical industry, and why some doctors are misinformed. In the next portion on the show, Dennis shared his research on iron and the effects it has on men. He went on to share how men can keep iron in check. Towards the end of the show we talked about the benefits of strength training and intermittent fasting.

Dennis also shared insights on:

  • Why men have 4 times the amount of iron women do
  • The importance of working on your body composition
  • How ferritin is used to check your iron
  • Why women need strength training more than men
  • The importance of putting effort into your health and educating yourself

Iron is a very reactive metal, even in the body. Evolution has not optimized us to get exactly the right amount. Men are more susceptible to the dangers of iron, so controlling it is important. Most doctors are not informed enough to intelligently tell people how to reduce iron and improve lifestyle habits. The greatest responsibility for our health lies with us, our willingness to put effort and how much we educate ourselves.

With so many individuals battling depression, there’s a need for drastic action. Why do doctors favor anti-depressants over hormone therapy for treatment? Why is this approach flawed? On this episode, Dr. Mark Gordon and I go deep on interventional endocrinology, physician awareness and the significance of the growth hormone.

We think of testosterone as a reproductive hormone, but it also has a phenomenal effect on the inflammatory system. - Dr. Mark Gordon

Three Takeaways

  1. If someone is on anti-depressants and they are still depressed, something else has to be off.
  2. Most doctors are trained in illness medicine but not in proactive, preemptive wellness medicine.
  3. The majority of physicians who are all about illness medicine have no pharmaceutical reps educating them about TRT.

At the start of the episode, Dr. Gordon gave us a background of his career, and how he ended up taking an interest in interventional endocrinology. He also shared on the differences between wellness and illness medicine, and why so few doctors are trained in the former. He also went deep on using HRT to help people with depression, and why it’s so hard for men to get hormone therapy through health insurance. Towards the end of the show we talked about PTSD and the benefits of the growth hormone.

We also shared on:

  • The connection between the lack of doctor awareness and pharmaceutical companies
  • The Warrior Angel Foundation and why the government isn’t doing enough to help veterans with PTSD and TBIs.
  • Why we need more medical wellness doctors
  • The relationship between homocysteine and the growth hormone

Testosterone deficiency is a common problem for a lot of men under 30. As a result, these individuals aren’t living up to their full potential, or experiencing fulfilling lives. Thanks to TRT, many have solved this problem and improved their quality of life. On this episode we talk to Daniel Kelly and Joshua Bakuhn, two men under 30 who have seen the benefits of TRT in their own lives.

When you’re not actualizing your full potential, you’re not optimal. - Joshua Bakuhn

Three Takeaways

  1. Most doctors don’t know anything about hormone replacement, be prepared to educate yourself.
  2. TRT makes you more driven and confident in general, and that flows through to your social life and dating.
  3. If you’re not producing testosterone in your 20s , it won’t get any better as you age.

At the start of the episode, Daniel and Josh described their lives before TRT,  and how the treatment improved them. They also talked about the importance of educating themselves since most doctors don’t know about TRT. They went on to talk discuss how TRT has changed their dating lives and interactions with the opposite sex. Towards the end of the show we discussed people’s concerns about not being able to have children on TRT.

We also talked about:

  • How widespread testosterone deficiency is for men under 30
  • The importance of getting your blood work done and understanding your symptoms
  • If the quality of life on TRT outweighs the downsides of the treatment
  • What stops most men from going on TRT
  • Why doctors haven’t caught up with TRT research
  • Why it’s better to solve your testosterone deficiency now, and not in your 50s

Once you realize you’re missing out on a great life, the decision to start TRT is an easy one. It sets you up for success because it keeps you motivated, and it gives you the drive to boldly go after your goals. Ultimately the benefit of TRT is achieving optimal health, and the confidence and motivation that carries through to every part of your life - professionally, physically and socially.

What does reality mean to each of us, and what is the true purpose of enlightenment? On this episode, we discuss emotive mind power, consciousness, reality and the differences between ego and false ego. Guest Matt Belair tells us about his amazing life experiences, from meditating with monks to experiencing altered states.

We’re all experiencing reality outside of a lens, it’s different and unique for all of us. -Matt Belair

Three Takeaways

  1. The pain we witness and experience is a catalyst for us to do something good.
  2. The first and easiest altered state to get to is reached through lucid dreaming.
  3. The ego doesn’t know the difference between intuition, source and your brain.

At the start of the show, Matt gave us a background of his experiences, travels and adventures. He also talked about lucid dreaming and direct experience, “if someone is trying to convince you of something that feels off, then they are just trying to prove to you through words, something that could be limiting.”

We went on to talk about the power of yogic breathing and how it helps us rise above reactionary experiences. Next, we talked about the definition of reality, and how we all experience it differently. Towards the end of the show we discussed ego and alien existence.

We also discussed:

  • The connection between breathing and enlightenment
  • Deprogramming from false ego
  • The truth about consciousness
  • The difference between direct experience and thought
  • Being of service while still caring about success

A true seeker of enlightenment should always seek ascension beyond the self and the ego. What we experience as reality is subjective and self-controlled. Every single bit of your reality is like a mirror being balanced and you are actually creating it. Remember whatever you’re challenged by is just a belief system, and all we are is energy. How we use it determines our enlightenment and illumination.
